AP1000 Facility Information Clause Samples

AP1000 Facility Information. The AP1000 Facility Information shall be controlled and maintained by Contractor for such period of time as is required by Contractor’s Quality Assurance Program or, for information not covered by such Quality Assurance Program, in accordance with Contractor’s document retention procedures. The AP1000 Facility Information shall contain each Facility-deliverable document and information, either directly or by reference, relative to Facility and Site specific engineering and design, licensing, project management, schedule, supply chain management, fabrication, construction, testing, commissioning and startup. A means to access and print out documentation and information in the AP1000 Facility Information shall be made available to Owners through an information management system.

AP1000 Facility Information. (i) Contractor shall supply all AP1000 Facility Information to Owner in accordance with the requirements of Exhibit A and the Project Schedule. (ii) Contractor shall also provide Owner with hard copies of each item of AP1000 Facility Information Deliverables (A) identified in Table 2 to Exhibit A in a reasonable number of copies as mutually agreed by the Parties, or (B) required by applicable Law to be maintained at the Facility. To the extent that hard copies of any AP1000 Facility Information Deliverables must be kept or maintained at the Site and/or Nearby Work Areas during construction of either Unit pursuant to applicable Laws, Contractor shall keep and maintain such copies in good order at the Site and/or Nearby Work Areas in compliance with such applicable Laws.
