Single year commitments will renew automatically unless cancellation notice has been given before 1 May 2021 or 1 May 2022. If you choose APA PscNET as your service provider the annual fees are in USD $. Jisc will invoice in USD $ for both data and service provision. You should submit one PO to cover both. If you choose EBSCO, Ovid Technologies or ProQuest as your Service Provider the annual fees are in GBP £. Jisc will invoice in GBP £ for service provision and in USD$ for your data. You must submit two POs, one in GBP to cover Service Provision and the second in USD $ to cover your data fees. If you use more than one Service Provider, for example, you might access PsycArticles/PsycInfo on the Proquest platform and PsycTherapy on APA PsycNet platform, then select your main Service Provider and let Chest Help know which SP you want to use for PsycTherapy. Jisc will invoice as appropriate. Your invoices will use the PO Number(s) that you provide. In subsequent years it is your responsibility to send new PO details, if required, to Chest Help before 1 May. There is monthly pro-rata charging for Institutions which become licensed partway through a licence year. Chest is an Enterprise of Jisc.
