APARTMENT CLEANLINESS. Tenant(s) agrees to keep the residence clean, particularly in the kitchen, bathrooms, carpets and floors, including vacuuming regularly, mopping floors and using household cleaner on hard surfaces. It is important to remove dirt and debris that can harbor mold.
APARTMENT CLEANLINESS. Tenant shall clean and dust the leased premises regularly, and shall keep the leased premises, particularly the kitchen and bath, clean.
APARTMENT CLEANLINESS. Resident shall clean and dust the Leased Premises regularly, and shall keep the Leased Premises, particularly kitchen and bath, clean.

This includes regular vacuuming, mopping, and using a household cleaner to clean hard surfaces. It is important to remove household dirt that may harbor mold, and to immediately throw away any moldy food.
APARTMENT CLEANLINESS. You shall clean and dust the Apartment regularly, and shall keep the Apartment, particularly kitchen and bath, clean.
