Common use of APARTMENT OWNERSHIP ACT Clause in Contracts

APARTMENT OWNERSHIP ACT. The Owner has assured the Allottee that the Project in its entirety will be in accordance with the provisions of the West Bengal Apartment Ownership Act, 1972 to the extent not contrary and/or inconsistent to/with the Act and/or the Rules and/or any other Applicable Laws (including those, if any, in supercession of the West Bengal Apartment Ownership Act, 1972). The Owner will show material compliance of various laws/regulations as applicable in West Bengal.

APARTMENT OWNERSHIP ACT. The Owner Promoter has assured the Allottee that the Project in its entirety will be in accordance with the provisions of the West Bengal Apartment Ownership Act, 1972 to the extent not contrary and/or inconsistent to/with the Act of 2016 and/or to/with the Rules and/or to/with any other Applicable Laws (including those, if any, in supercession of the West Bengal Apartment Ownership Act, 1972). The Owner Promoter will show material compliance of various laws/regulations as applicable in West Bengal.

APARTMENT OWNERSHIP ACT. The Owner Developer has assured the Allottee Allottees that the Project in its entirety will be is in accordance with the provisions of the West Bengal Apartment Ownership Act, 1972 to the extent not contrary and/or inconsistent to/with the Act and/or to/with the Rules rules and/or to/with any other Applicable Laws applicable laws (including those, if any, in supercession supersession of the West Bengal Apartment Ownership Act, 1972). The Owner will show material Developer showing compliance of various laws/regulations as applicable in the State of West Bengal.
