Apergy Options and SSARs. Each Dover Option and Dover SSAR that is outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time and that is held by an Apergy Employee shall, as of the Effective Time, be cancelled and immediately replaced with an Apergy Option or an Apergy SSAR, as applicable, as follows:
