API Call Limitations. The number of API calls API User will be permitted to make are limited to 500 calls to the API per a rolling 15-minute interval (“Permitted Call Volume”). Notwithstanding the preceding, zingfit may reduce the Permitted Call Volume to the API in the event that the zingfit System and/or the API is experiencing significant technical issues that threaten the stability of the zingfit System and/or API, and zingfit will provide API User notice of such an event. Furthermore, upon the happening of such an event, zingfit will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore the functionality of the API so as to restore the Permitted Call Volume. API User agrees to pay (and zingfit will charge API User) for its usage of the API as set forth in the API Fee Schedule.
API Call Limitations eBay reserves the right to limit the number of periodic API calls you are allowed to make. eBay may temporarily suspend your access to the API if you exceed API call limits, and attempts to circumvent API call limits may result in termination of these Terms. The number of API calls you will be permitted to make during any given period may be limited. zingFit will determine call limits based on various factors, including the ways your API Application may be used or the anticipated volume of use associated with your API Application. For instance, if zingFit’s current policy limits calls to the API that exceed 500 calls per a rolling 15-minute interval, zingFit may nonetheless reduce this number in its discretion. Additionally, zingFit will charge you for API calls based on volume as set forth in the API Fee Schedule.

Flipkart will determine call limits based on various factors, including the ways your Application may be used or the anticipated volume of use associated with your Application. Flipkart may, at its sole discretion, terminate your access to the API in accordance with Section 15.2.
