API License. If you are purchasing an application programming interface ("API") license, other than a Learn API as defined below, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to access each API set forth in the Order Form. The API(s) are provided in the form of a web service that enables a "connection" into our servers. We will provide you with the information necessary to enable your secure use of the API(s). You may not use or install the API(s) for any other purpose without our written consent, and may not copy, rent, adapt, disassemble, lease, assign, sublicense, reverse engineer, modify or decompile, the API(s) or any part thereof. We reserve the right to limit the number and/or frequency of API requests or take other actions necessary to protect the integrity of our services.
API License. In addition to the licenses set forth above, Aquantia further grants to Intel a royalty free, non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide license to copy, display, perform, create derivative works and distribute Aquantia’s API software which shall be provided in both object and source code form and which is more fully described in Attachment #2.
API License. If provided for in the applicable SOW, Julota hereby grants Customer, during the term of the applicable SOW, a nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonassignable, license to access and use the Julota API solely in connection with its use of the Services.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, MPP hereby grants to Licensee a royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable (other than a sublicense to an Affiliate in accordance with Section 2.3 below), non-transferable license under the Licensed Technology to (i) make API in India solely for the purposes of exercising the licenses described in this Section 2.1; (ii) offer for sale and sell such API to Licensed Product Suppliers in India, China and South Africa; (iii) import Licensed API into India for purposes of exercising the license set forth in Section 2.2 or (iv) use API for Licensee’s own internal use. For clarity, the license granted in this Section 2.1 does not include, expressly or by implication, a license under any Gilead intellectual property right to manufacture, sell or distribute any active pharmaceutical ingredient owned or controlled by Gilead other than TAF, TDF, EVG and COBI.
API License. Section 2.1 of the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

For clarity, the license granted in this Section 2.1 does not include, expressly or by implication, a license under any Gilead intellectual property right to manufacture, sell or distribute any active pharmaceutical ingredient owned or controlled by Gilead other than TAF, TDF, EVG, COBI, and BIC.”
API License. The Product will be available through an Account. The License is granted to Licensee on the basis of commercial use. Licensee has the right to Support as defined in article 8.
API License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, PayPal hereby grants to you a non-exclusive, non- transferable, non-sublicense-able, limited license to use the Application Programming Interface ("API License") solely in accordance with this Agreement. You may do the following under this API License:
(a) Access the PayPal transaction database ("Database") and use API certificate only in the manner provided by PayPal;
(b) Use the API as often and as many times as necessary to conduct your business;
(c) Query the Database, execute transactions and retrieve therefrom transaction information necessary to facilitate the Permitted Use provided for in this Section or additional uses as added by mutual addendum; such information stored and/or retrieved in the Database (but exclusive of your information not accessed by the API) is defined as "PayPal Content" or "Content";
(d) Make limited copies of the PayPal Content (e.g., transaction amount, shipping information, etc.) only as necessary to perform an activity constituting Permitted Use under this Agreement; provided, however, You shall destroy such copies following performance of relevant obligation (e.g., fulfillment of PayPal transaction); and
(e) Abide by the terms of PayPal's User Agreement, Acceptable Use and Privacy Policies; Any combination of subsections (a)-(e) above shall be deemed "Permitted Use." Permitted Use is subject to all restrictions identified herein. PayPal shall provide to you a confidential identification code specific to you, Certificate, and User ID that shall permit you to use the API. The User ID is the property of PayPal and may be immediately revoked or terminated by PayPal if you share the same with any third party (other than Third Party Service Providers from you), if compromised by a third party, or if you use or access the Program, Content or Database in any way not expressly permitted or granted under this Agreement. A "Third Party Service Provider" is any third party service provider who is reasonably needed to undertake the Permitted Use of this Agreement and who is subject to all restrictions herein, including confidentiality provisions at least as restrictive as those set forth in Section 10 ("Confidential Information").

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Gilead hereby grants to Licensee a royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable (other than a sublicense to an Affiliate in accordance with Section 2.1(c) below), non-transferable license under the Licensed Technology to (i) make API only in India; and (ii) sell API only in India and solely to Licensed Product Suppliers for the Field.
API License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Gilead hereby grants to Licensee a royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license under the Licensed Technology to make, use, offer to sell and sell API in the Field and in India, solely for the purpose of offering to sell and selling API to Licensed Product Suppliers, or for Licensee’s own internal use. For clarity, the license granted in this Section 2.1 does not include, expressly or by implication, a license under any Gilead intellectual property right to manufacture, sell or distribute any active pharmaceutical ingredient owned or controlled by Gilead other than TDF, EVG and COBI.
