API Development License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, We grant You a limited, revocable, non- exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, non-assignable license to access and use the Tools (i) to develop, test and support Your Developer Application, and (ii) to enable Developer Application Clients to connect to and communicate with the applicable UiPath Software. If any API Materials are provided by Us under other licensing terms, such terms will prevail over the Agreement.
