API Terms of Use. By checking the box indicating that you agree to all of the terms and conditions of the Agreement or by continuing to participate in GPN following a change in the Agreement, you agree to be bound by the Agreement. You additionally represent that you lawfully are able to enter into this Agreement on your own behalf or if you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a legal entity, that you have the authority to bind such entity and that this Agreement is fully binding upon the entity.
