Apparel Specifications. These Specifications describe each item, color, and fabric blend. Contractor must supply products of the highest quality, durability and function, and that are weather and exposure appropriate, are in the colors stated for each category and can withstand numerous washings before needing to be replaced. Fabric blend percentages with a difference of plus or minus five percent (5%) will be considered as acceptable. When the fabric specifications call for 100% Cotton, 100% Cotton will be required.
