APPEAL AGAINST THE DECISION OF THE COMPETENT AUTHORITY. (a) The party may file an appeal against the order of the Competent Authority for putting the party on Holiday list. The appeal shall be filed to Appellate Authority. Such an appeal shall be preferred within one month from the of receipt of Holiday order.
