Appeal of Dealer Appointment to Policy Review Board. Any objections by Dealer to the proposed appointment of an additional Nissan dealer within the ten (10) mile driving distance described in Section 4.B shall be appealed to the Policy Review Board by filing a Notice of Appeal in accordance with the procedures established therefor within thirty (30) days from the date of Dealer's receipt of the Notice of Appointment.
