Appeal of Termination to Policy Review Board. Any protests, controversies or claims by Dealer (whether for damages, stay of action, or otherwise) with respect to any termination of this Agreement or the settlement of the accounts of Dealer with Seller after termination of this Agreement has become effective shall be appealed to the Policy Review Board by filing an appeal in accordance with the procedures established therefor within thirty (30) days after Dealer's receipt of notice of termination or, as to settlement of accounts after termination, within one (1) year after the termination has become effective.
