Common use of Appearance at Final Approval and Oral Objection Clause in Contracts

Appearance at Final Approval and Oral Objection. Class Members may (though are not required to) appear at the Final Approval Hearing, either in person or through the objector’s own counsel, at his or her own expense and orally object to the Settlement.
