APPEARANCE OF MACHINES. Distributor shall see to it that all machines in the Distributor's Territory are in good repair, and shall refurbish, tidy, and maintain each Adelaide french fry vending machine as necessary or as required by Adelaide in order to ensure that at all times a first class, safe and reputable Product is provided to the public.
