Appellate Review Body. The Appeals Committee of the Boards shall serve as the Appellate Review Body. If a Board action occasions the review, the Joint Conference Committee shall serve as the Appellate Review Body. The Chairs of the Boards shall designate one (1) of the appointees as Chair of the Appellate Review Body.
