Appendices A and B. Notwithstanding any provisions in this Agreement, if the Participant is a resident of any country other than the United States, the Option grant shall be subject to the special terms and conditions set forth in the Appendix A to this Agreement and any country-specific terms and conditions for the Participant’s country set forth in Appendix B to this Agreement. Moreover, if the Participant relocates outside of the United States to one of the countries included in Appendix B, or from one such country to another such country, the special terms and conditions for all non-U.S. participants and for such country will apply to the Participant, to the extent the Company determines that the application of such terms and conditions is necessary or advisable for legal or administrative reasons. Appendices A and B constitute part of this Agreement.

Appendices A and B. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, if Participant resides in a country outside the United States or is otherwise subject to the laws of a country other than the United States, the Award and any Shares acquired under the Plan shall be subject to the additional terms and conditions set forth in Appendix A to this Agreement and to any special terms and provisions as set forth in Appendix B for Participant’s country, if any. Moreover, if Participant relocates to one of the countries included in Appendix B, the special terms and conditions for such country will apply to Participant, to the extent the Company determines that the application of such terms and conditions is necessary or advisable for legal or administrative reasons. Appendices A and B constitute part of this Agreement.
Appendices A and B. Notwithstanding any provisions in this Agreement, the grant of RSUs to Recipients outside the U.S. shall be subject to the special terms and conditions applicable to Recipients outside the U.S. set forth in Appendix A to this Agreement and any country-specific terms and conditions for the Recipient’s country set forth in Appendix B to this Agreement. If the Recipient relocates outside the U.S, and/or to one of the countries included in the Appendix B, the special terms and conditions in Appendix A and Appendix B will apply to the Recipient, to the extent the Company determines that the application of such terms and conditions is necessary or advisable for legal or administrative reasons. The Appendices A and B constitute part of this Agreement.
Appendices A and B. Appendices A and B of the Agreement are hereby deleted in their entirety and replaced with Appendices A and B, respectively, in the form attached hereto.

Moreover, if the Participant relocates to one of the countries included in Appendices A and B, the special terms and conditions for such country will apply to the Participant, to the extent the Company determines that the application of such terms and conditions is necessary or advisable in order to comply with local law or facilitate the administration of the Plan. Appendices A and B. Notwithstanding any provision of this document, the Option shall be subject to the attached additional terms/conditions set forth in Appendices A and B for your country of residence, if any, which are incorporated by reference to this Agreement.

  • Work Schedules Workweeks and work shifts of different numbers of hours may be established by the Employer in order to meet business and customer service needs, as long as the work schedules meet federal and state laws.

  • ATTACHMENT A Equity Funds

  • Shift Schedules 1501 Shift schedules for a minimum of a four (4) week period shall be posted at least two (2) weeks in advance of the beginning of the scheduled period. Shifts within the minimum four (4) week period shall not be altered after posting except by mutual agreement between the nurse(s) concerned and the Employer. Requests for specific days off duty shall be submitted in writing at least two (2) weeks prior to posting and granted, if possible in the judgment of the Employer. 1502 Requests for interchanges in posted shifts or a portion thereof shall also be submitted in writing, co-signed by the nurse willing to exchange shifts with the applicant. Where reasonably possible, interchanges in posted shifts are to be completed within the posted shift schedule. It is understood that any change in shifts or days off initiated by the nurses and approved by the Employer shall not result in overtime costs to the Employer. 1503 Night shift shall be considered as the first shift of each calendar day. 1504 Master rotations for each nursing unit shall be planned by the Employer in meaningful consultation with the nurse(s) concerned. The process for meaningful consultation shall include:  Employer proposes a master rotation including the Employer established criteria and provides to Nurses concerned  Nurses are provided reasonable time to submit feedback and/or an alternate master rotation for consideration.  The amended or new master rotation is provided to Nurses for review. Nurses are provided with a reasonable time to submit feedback.  At each step of the consultation process the Union will be provided with the new or revised master rotation to ensure contract compliance.  Employer has the sole discretion to select the new master rotation and provides rationale for the selection. Master Rotations shall, unless otherwise mutually agreed between the nurse(s) concerned and the Employer, observe the conditions listed hereinafter: (a) a minimum of fifteen hours (15) off between assigned shifts. (b) (i) a minimum of forty-seven (47) hours off at one time, or

  • Posting of Work Schedules Work schedules shall be written in ink and posted and maintained in such a way as to provide every employee an opportunity to know her shift schedule for an advanced period of six (6) weeks.
