Appendices Part of the Agreement. The Appendices of this Agreement form an integral part hereof. References in any of the Appendices to “the Lease” or “the Agreement” shall refer to this Agreement as may be supplemented or amended from time to time. Unless otherwise defined therein, all capitalized terms appearing in the Appendices shall have the meaning ascribed to such terms in this Agreement.
