APPENDIX 5 - PROJECT COMMISSIONING. Commissioning, including sodium facility, is under the responsibility of VAST SOLAR. VAST SOLAR should provide daily assistance to the lead contractor and other companies involved in the sodium facility construction. MSSA provides supervision and technical support to VAST SOLAR or to Final User for the sodium facility commissioning.
