APPENDIX C. Appendix C: Light Duty Vehicles Documents, is hereby expressly made part of this Contract as fully as if set forth at length herein.

APPENDIX C. Contractor’s Executive Law, Article 15-A (M/WBE) Requirements, Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises Equal Employment Opportunity Policy Statement, is hereby expressly made a part of this Contract as fully as if set forth herein.

APPENDIX C. All matters relative only to part-time employees and their wages and working conditions shall be contained within this Appendix. Such part-time employees shall not regularly be scheduled to work in excess of twenty-eight (28) hours per week, except as otherwise provided for in Appendix "C".

APPENDIX C. During the term of this agreement, the parties agree to hold joint sessions for University Administrators and Academics on the application and interpretation of the collective agreement. The sessions will be arranged and scheduled at mutually convenient times.

APPENDIX C. Part-time employees who are eligible for sick leave shall be paid based on equivalent hours normally worked. Sick Leave may be accumulated up to 10 working days (80 hours) and may be carried over into the Supplemental Sick Leave Bank, to be used in case of extended illness.
