APPENDIX D Unilateral Development and Commercialization Agreement. This Appendix to the COLLABORATION AGREEMENT ("Agreement") effective as of February 2, 2001, by and between SEATTLE GENETICS, INC. ("Seattle Genetics") and MEDAREX, INC., on behalf of itself and its wholly owned subsidiary, GENPHARM INTERNATIONAL, INC., (collectively, "Medarex") sets forth certain terms for the Unilateral Development and Commercialization Agreements between the Parties.
