Appendix E – Applicable Agreements. 13.2.3.2 The Contractor shall give consideration to employing City residents who are economically disadvantaged or are eligible under any applicable Legal Requirements including, without limitation, the Workforce Investment Act of 1998, and who have qualifications and skills commensurate with the requirements for the position available. To the greatest extent feasible, the Contractor shall give opportunities for training and employment to lower income persons in the Project area.
