APPENDIX E PROCESS GUARANTEES. Guarantee figures and average consumption figures during guarantee testing are based upon the calculated consumptions given in Appendix C. The figures are based upon modifications to the Licensed Plant if any being considered by BGL in accordance with Article 8.5 and may require change in line with actual design figures based on the actual feedstock, its composition and plant design parameters.
