Apple grants to You, during the Term, a personal, non-exclusive, non- sublicensable, non- transferrable, worldwide, royalty free, license to use the Apple Marks solely in accordance with the Apple Marketing Guidelines and solely for the purpose of facilitating Apple Pay Platform transactions from or through Your Websites.
