Common use of Applicability Agreement Clause in Contracts

Applicability Agreement. The Agreement between the Client and HRD Antwerp applies to all articles, documents and information delivered on the Effective Date and at any time thereafter, and to all services, inscriptions, receipts and reports that may be performed or issued by HRD Antwerp after the date of this Agreement until such time this Agreement is modified or replaced with a new agreement as mutually agreed by the Parties, with the exception of the general terms and conditions set out in Article 6, which may change from time to time. All prior agreements are hereby terminated.
