Common use of Applicability; Interpretation Clause in Contracts

Applicability; Interpretation. The Data Protection Service provided, transactions processed and other matters contemplated under this Section T are subject to the rest of the Agreement, as applicable, except to the extent the terms of this Section T directly conflict with another provision of the Agreement, in which case the terms of this Section T will control. Notwithstanding anything in this Section T or anywhere else in the Agreement, the Data Protection Service is provided to Merchant by ISO and not Bank; accordingly, Bank will have absolutely no liability under the Agreement for the Data Protection Service.
