Common use of Applicability of Article 5 of the Original Indenture Clause in Contracts

Applicability of Article 5 of the Original Indenture. Article 5 of the Original Indenture shall not apply to the Notes. The provisions set forth in this Article VII shall, with respect to the Notes, supersede in their entirety Article 5 of the Original Indenture, and all references in the Original Indenture to Article 5 thereof shall, with respect to the Notes, be deemed to be references to this Article VII.
