Common use of Applicability of Article 6 of the Base Indenture Clause in Contracts

Applicability of Article 6 of the Base Indenture. Section 6.01, Section 6.02, Section 6.04, Section 6.06, Section 6.07, Section 6.08, Section 6.10 and Section 6.11 of the Base Indenture shall not apply to the Notes. Instead, the Event of Default provisions set forth in this Article 5 shall, with respect to the Notes, supersede in their entirety Section 6.01, Section 6.02, Section 6.04, Section 6.06, Section 6.07, Section 6.08, Section 6.10 and Section 6.11 of the Base Indenture, and all references in the Base Indenture to such Sections and Event of Default provisions therein, as the case may be, shall, with respect to the Notes, be deemed to be references to the corresponding Sections of this Article 5 and the Event of Default provisions set forth therein.
