Applicability of Automatic Annuity Requirements. The provisions of this Section shall take precedence over any conflicting provision in this Plan and shall apply to any Participant who is credited with at least one (1) Hour of Service with the Employer on or after August 23, 1984, and such other Participants as provided in Section 9.3.
