Applicability of Deductible. The limitations set forth in Section 5.3(a) shall not apply: (i) in the case of intentional misrepresentation or fraud; or (ii) to the matters referred to in Section 5.2(a)(ii), Section 5.2(a)(iii) or Section 5.2(b)(ii).
