Except as otherwise specified as contemplated by Section 3.1 for the Securities of any series, the provisions of Sections 4.3 through 4.9 inclusive, with such modifications thereto as may be specified pursuant to Section 3.1 with respect to any series of Securities, shall be applicable to the Securities and any interest coupons appertaining thereto.
