Common use of Applicability of Depositary Clause in Contracts

Applicability of Depositary. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Indenture, so long as a series of Securities is a Global Security, the parties hereto will be bound at all times by the applicable procedures of the Depositary with respect to such series.
