Applicability of Guarantee. The provisions of Article Sixteen of the Indenture shall be applicable to the Notes. The Initial Guarantor and, if required in accordance with the provisions of Section 3.2, any Additional Guarantors, shall guarantee the Notes on the terms set forth in Article Sixteen of the Indenture, subject to the provisions of this Article III.
