Common use of Applicability of Land Use By-law and Subdivision By-law Clause in Contracts

Applicability of Land Use By-law and Subdivision By-law. Except as otherwise provided for herein, the development, use and subdivision of the Lands shall comply with the requirements of the Land Use By-law for Planning District 4 and the Regional Subdivision By-law, as may be amended from time to time.
