Applicability of Paragraph Clause Samples
Applicability of Paragraph. The provisions of this Paragraph 8 are for the benefit of Landlord, the holder of any Superior Interest (as defined in Paragraph 21 below), and the other Indemnitees only and are not nor shall they be construed to be for the benefit of any tenant or occupant of the Building.
Applicability of Paragraph. The provisions set forth in this Section 7 shall apply to the Series C Preferred Stock notwithstanding any contrary provisions of the Series C Preferred Stock provided for elsewhere in these Articles Supplementary.
