Common use of Applicability of Rights Clause in Contracts

Applicability of Rights. The Holders (as defined below) shall be entitled to the following rights with respect to any proposed public offering of the Company’s Ordinary Shares in the United States and shall be entitled to reasonably equivalent or analogous rights with respect to any other offering of the Company’s securities in Hong Kong or any other jurisdiction in which the Company undertakes to publicly offer or list such securities for trading on a recognized securities exchange.

Applicability of Rights. The Holders (as defined in Section 3.2(d) below) shall be entitled to the following rights with respect to any proposed potential public offering of the Company’s Ordinary Shares Share in the United States States, and shall be entitled to reasonably any analogous or equivalent or analogous rights with respect to any other offering of the Company’s securities shares in Hong Kong or any other jurisdiction in pursuant to which the Company undertakes to publicly offer or list such securities for trading on a recognized securities exchange.

The Holders (as defined below) shall be entitled to the following rights with respect to any proposed public offering of the Company’s Class A Ordinary Shares (as defined in the Restated Articles) in the United States and shall be entitled to reasonably equivalent or analogous rights with respect to any other offering of the Company’s securities in Hong Kong or any other jurisdiction in which the Company undertakes to publicly offer or list such securities for trading on a recognized securities exchange.

Applicability of Rights. The Holders (as defined below) (a) shall be entitled to the following rights with respect to any proposed public offering of the Company’s Ordinary Shares securities in the United States States; provided that at the time of exercising such rights, the Ordinary Shares have been listed on a stock exchange in the United States, and (b) shall be entitled to reasonably equivalent or analogous rights with respect to any other public offering of the Company’s securities in Hong Kong or any other jurisdiction in which jurisdiction; provided that at the Company undertakes to publicly offer or list time of exercising such securities for trading rights, the Ordinary Shares have been listed on a recognized securities exchangestock exchange in that jurisdiction.

Applicability of Rights. The Holders (as defined below) shall be entitled to the following rights with respect to any proposed potential public offering of the Company’s Ordinary Shares in the United States and shall be entitled to reasonably analogous or substantially equivalent or analogous rights with respect to any other offering of the Company’s securities in Hong Kong or any other jurisdiction in which the Company undertakes to publicly offer or list such securities for trading on a recognized securities exchange.

Applicability of Rights. The Holders (as defined below) shall be entitled to the following rights with respect to any proposed public offering of the Company’s Ordinary Shares in the United States and shall be entitled to reasonably equivalent or analogous rights (to the extent required to sell listed equity securities) with respect to any other offering of the Company’s securities in Hong Kong or any other jurisdiction in which the Company undertakes to publicly offer or list such securities for trading on a recognized securities exchange.

Applicability of Rights. The Holders (as defined below) shall be entitled to the following rights with respect to any proposed potential public offering of the Company’s Ordinary Shares in the United States and shall be entitled to reasonably equivalent or analogous rights with respect to any other offering of the Company’s securities in Hong Kong or any other jurisdiction in pursuant to which the Company undertakes to publicly offer or list such securities for trading on a recognized securities exchange.

In addition, the Company’s ixxxxxx xxxxxxx policy will provide that directors may implement 10b5-1 trading plans on a basis approved by the Investors.

The Holders (as defined in Section 1.2(c) below) shall be entitled to the following rights with respect to any proposed potential public offering of the Company’s Ordinary Shares Common Stock in the United States States, and shall be entitled to reasonably any analogous or equivalent or analogous rights with respect to any other offering of the Company’s securities in Hong Kong or any other jurisdiction in pursuant to which the Company undertakes to publicly offer or list such securities for trading on a an internationally recognized securities exchange.
