Applicability of Section 9. The provisions set forth in this Section 9 shall apply to the Series A Preferred Stock notwithstanding any contrary provisions of the Series A Preferred Stock provided for elsewhere in these Articles Supplementary.
Applicability of Section 9. Except as expressly provided in this Section 10, any Restricted Stock granted hereunder shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan as if the grant were made pursuant to Section 9 hereof.
