Applicability of the Article; Company’s Option to Implement Security Guarantees. If pursuant to Section 2.03 provision is made for the applicability of either Security Guarantees with respect to the Securities of a series under this Article XI, then the provisions of this Article XI, together with the other provisions of the Securities of such series, shall be applicable to the Securities of such series, as such provisions may be modified by any supplemental indenture in respect of such series of Securities.
