Common use of Applicability of the enforcement plan Clause in Contracts

Applicability of the enforcement plan. This plan applies to BioLineRx (the “Company”) by virtue of its being a public company whose shares are listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. The plan applies to all of the Company’s echelons, i.e. the Company’s employees, senior officers, managers and directors. It is important to emphasize that the plan also applies to the employees of any and all subsidiaries of the Company in view of their involvement with the operations of the parent company.
