Common use of Applicability of the Plan Clause in Contracts

Applicability of the Plan. The Restricted Stock Units and the RSU Shares issued to the Grantee upon payment of the Restricted Stock Units shall be subject to all of the terms and provisions of the Plan to the extent applicable to a restricted stock unit and Shares. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Plan, the terms of the Plan shall control.
