Applicability of Withdrawal Provisions. The withdrawal provisions contained in this Section 17.1 shall be applicable only if the withdrawing Participating Company continues to cover its Participants and eligible employees in another profit-sharing plan or pension plan and trust qualified under Sections 401 and 501 of the Code. Otherwise, the termination provisions of Section 17.3 shall apply.
