Applicability to Borrower Clause Samples

Applicability to Borrower. Without limiting any of the Borrower’s obligations under this Agreement or any Other Document, the Borrower shall also be considered a Guarantor for purposes of this Article XV to the extent the Borrower is not directly and primarily obligated with respect to the Obligations.
