Common use of Applicability to General Partner Clause in Contracts

Applicability to General Partner. The occurrence of any of the events set forth in Section 6.1(f), through Section 6.1(h) in relation to Borrower's managing general partner, unless the removal and replacement of the Borrower's managing general partner in accordance with Section 4.13(f), within the time frame set forth in Section 6.5 cures such a default.

Applicability to General Partner. The occurrence of any of the events set forth in Section 6.1(f6.1 (e), through Section 6.1(h6.1 (g) in relation to Borrower's managing general partner, unless the removal and replacement of the Borrower's managing general partner in accordance with Section 4.13(f4.14(f), within the time frame set forth in Section 6.5 6.1(c) cures such a default.

Applicability to General Partner. The occurrence of any of the events set forth in Section 6.1(f7.1(f), through Section 6.1(h7.1(h) in relation to Borrower's managing general partner, unless the removal and replacement of the Borrower's managing general partner in accordance with Section 4.13(f5.12(f), within the time frame set forth in Section 6.5 7.9 cures such a default.

Applicability to General Partner. The occurrence of any of the events set forth in Section 6.1(f), ) through Section 6.1(h) in relation to Borrower's managing general partner, unless the removal and replacement of the Borrower's managing general partner in accordance with Section 4.13(f), ) within the time frame set forth in Section 6.5 cures such a default.

Applicability to General Partner. The occurrence of any of the events set forth in Section 6.1(f), through Section 6.1(h) in relation to Borrower's managing general partner, unless the removal and replacement of the Borrower's managing general partner in accordance with Section 4.13(f), within the time frame set forth in Section 6.5 6.1(d) cures such a default.

The occurrence of any of the events set forth in Section 6.1(f), ) through Section 6.1(h) in relation to Borrower's managing general partner, unless the removal and replacement of the Borrower's managing general partner in accordance with Section 4.13(f), ) within the time frame set forth in Section 6.5 cures such a default.

The occurrence of any of the events set forth in Section 6.1(f), through Section 6.1(h) in relation to Borrower's managing general partner, unless the removal and replacement of the Borrower's managing general partner in accordance with Section 4.13(f), 6.1(f) of the Regulatory Agreement within the time frame set forth in Section 6.5 cures such a default.

Applicability to General Partner. The occurrence of any of the events set forth in Section 6.1(f6.1 (e), through Section 6.1(h6.1 (g) in relation to Borrower's managing general partner, unless the removal and replacement of the Borrower's managing general partner in accordance with Section 4.13(f4.12(f), within the time frame set forth in Section 6.5 cures such a default.

Applicability to General Partner. The occurrence of any of the events set forth in Section 6.1(f), ) through Section 6.1(h) in relation to Borrower's managing general partner, unless the removal and replacement of the Borrower's managing general partner in accordance with Section 4.13(f)6.1(f) of the Regulatory Agreements, within the time frame set forth in Section 6.5 cures such a default.

Applicability to General Partner. The occurrence of any of the events set forth in Section 6.1(f), through Section 6.1(h) in relation to BorrowerXxxxxxxx's managing general partner, unless the removal and replacement of the BorrowerXxxxxxxx's managing general partner in accordance with Section 4.13(f), 6.1(f) of the Regulatory Agreements within the time frame set forth in Section 6.5 cures such a default.

Applicability to General Partner. The occurrence of any of the events set forth in Section 6.1(f6.1 (f), through Section 6.1(h6.1 (h) in relation to Borrower's managing general partner, unless the removal and replacement of the Borrower's managing general partner in accordance with Section 4.13(f4.15(d), within the time frame set forth in Section 6.5 6.1(d) cures such a default.
