Applicability to Indian Co. The provisions of this Section 5 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the management of Indian Co, so that the reference to the term “Company” including any reference to the term “Company” in Schedule A and Schedule A-1 to this Agreement shall refer to each subsidiary of the Company including the Indian Co., and the reference to the defined terms in relation to the Company shall have the correlative meaning in relating to each subsidiary of the Company including the Indian Co.
