APPLICABILITY TO NEGOTIATED BID LOANS. The terms of Article III shall apply to all Negotiated Bid Loans made by any Lender to the Borrower hereunder, except to the extent otherwise agreed by the Borrower and any such Lender with respect to any such Loan.
