Applicable ABAC/AML/Trade Laws. (a) The Company covenants and agrees that the Company, any Subsidiaries it establishes and any Associated Person of either the Company or any of its Subsidiaries shall comply with all Applicable ABAC Laws, Applicable AML Laws and Applicable Trade Laws.
