Common use of Applicable Agency Approval Clause in Contracts

Applicable Agency Approval. The Borrower shall at all times maintain copies of relevant portions of all final written Xxxxxx Xxx, Freddie Mac, HUD and Xxxxxx Xxx audits, examinations, evaluations, monitoring reviews and reports of its origination and servicing and subservicing operations (including those prepared on a contract basis for any such agency) in which there are material adverse findings, including without limitation notices of defaults, notices of termination of approved status, notices of imposition of supervisory agreements or interim servicing agreements, and notices of probation, suspension, or non-renewal, and all necessary approvals from each of Xxxxxx Xxx, Freddie Mac, HUD and Xxxxxx Xxx. The Borrower shall not take any action, or fail to take any action, that would permit Xxxxxx Xxx, Freddie Mac, HUD or Xxxxxx Xxx to terminate or threaten to terminate its right to originate, deliver and/or service loans for Xxxxxx Xxx, Freddie Mac, HUD or Xxxxxx Xxx with cause.

The Each Borrower shall not, and each Borrower shall not permit Subservicer to take any action, or fail to take any action, that would permit Xxxxxx XxxMae, Freddie Xxxxxxx Mac, HUD or Xxxxxx Xxx and HUD to terminate or threaten to terminate its right to originate, deliver and/or service loans for Xxxxxx XxxMae, Freddie Xxxxxxx Mac, HUD or Xxxxxx Xxx and HUD with cause.
