Common use of Applicable and Governing Law and Applicable Regulations Clause in Contracts

Applicable and Governing Law and Applicable Regulations. 29.1. If a settlement is not reached by the means described in paragraph 30.1 of this Client Agreement, all disputes and controversies arising out of or in connection with the Agreement shall be finally settled in court in Commonwealth of Dominica. 29.2. This Agreement is governed by the Laws of Commonwealth of Dominica. 29.3. All transactions on behalf of the Client shall be subject to Laws of Commonwealth of Dominica and any other public authorities which govern the operation of the Commonwealth of Dominica Investment Firms, as they are amended or modified from time to time. The Company shall be entitled to take or omit to take any measures which it considers necessary to ensure compliance with the Applicable Regulations, the relevant market rules. Any such measures as may be taken shall be binding on the Client. 29.4. All rights and remedies provided to the Company under the Agreement are cumulative and are not exclusive of any rights or remedies provided by law.
