Common use of Applicable and Governing Law and Applicable Regulations Clause in Contracts

Applicable and Governing Law and Applicable Regulations. 30.1. If a settlement is not reached by the means described in paragraph 30, all disputes and controversies arising out of or in connection with the Agreement shall be finally settled in court in St. Xxxxxxx & the Grenadines.
