Applicable Circumstance Sample Clauses

Applicable Circumstance. The Borrower shall be personally and fully liable for, and shall indemnify each of the Finance Parties against, any Losses incurred by the Finance Parties as a result of the occurrence of any Applicable Circumstance, and each Finance Party shall be at liberty to pursue all of its rights and remedies against the Borrower and all of its assets for any such Loss without restriction in the event of any such circumstance.
